 Ericsso AB, Sweden has assigned ICCC to take fully responsibility for development and maintenance of the net based contact center OTN. ICCC cooperated with Ericsson Denmark  Nordic Edge and ICCC have signed a reseller´s agreement. ICCC will sell and integrated One Time Password for customers in Denmark  Avaya and ICCC have signed a reseller’s agreement. ICCC will sell and integrated Avaya products and solutions for Enterprise customers in Denmark.
 ICCC has exported all personal greetings from the old VMS to the new Comverse InSight VM systems.  ICCC has developed a statistical system for optimizing work force management to TDC  ICCC and Ericsson have successfully installed a new contact center platform to the international telecom operator Antel in Uruguay.
Ericsson has ordered a new call center platform to Orbitel in Columbia. ICCC shall deliver hardware and software to the system with 45 positions.   ICCC have received an order from Serbia Telecom for audio boards special designed to support international telecom operators.  ICCC have received a hardware order for special HW to support agent positions in a new extension of an existing Ericsson contact center at Etisalat in Egypt.
     Telefonicá Spain has ordered ICCC advance audio system, UNA®Connect. The reason for the choice was the high voice quality and flexibility in the UNA®Voice features.
